We believe in giving you full control over your subscription. This policy explains how cancellation works, what happens to your account and data, and when you can expect billing to stop.

1. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your GrowthMetrix AI subscription at any time — no lock-in periods, no cancellation fees, no hoops to jump through.

Cancellations can be done directly from your account settings, or by contacting our support team at [email protected].

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect

When you cancel your subscription:

* Your cancellation is processed immediately

* You retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle

* No further charges will be made after the current period ends

* Your account will not automatically renew

For example, if you are on a monthly plan and cancel on the 15th, you retain access until the end of that month. You will not be billed for the next month.

3. No Refund for Current Period

Cancelling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining days in the current billing period. Your subscription remains active until the period naturally expires. Please see our Refund Policy for situations where a refund may be applicable.

4. Free Trial Cancellation

If you are on the free trial, you can cancel at any time during the trial without any charge. No payment information is required to start a trial, so cancellation is simply a matter of not upgrading.

5. Your Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends:

* Your account will be downgraded or deactivated

* Your data (contacts, campaigns, funnels) will be retained for a limited grace period

* We recommend exporting your data before cancellation

* After the grace period, data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

6. Reactivating Your Account

If you cancel and later decide to return, you can reactivate your account by choosing a new plan. Previously stored data may or may not be recoverable depending on how much time has passed since cancellation. We recommend reaching out to support if you need data restoration.
